This is a front desk, patient-facing role where communication, presentation and organisation are extremely important. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and can create a calm, welcoming and highly professional experience for patients. This role would suit someone looking for a stable long-term position within a supportive and structured clinic environment. About the role: • Front desk reception and patient greeting • Managing calls, bookings and appointment scheduling • Coordinating patient flow and supporting clinicians • General administration and day-to-day clinic coordination We are looking for someone who: • Has excellent spoken and written English • Presents professionally and confidently • Is calm, organised and able to multitask in a busy environment • Has strong customer service and communication skills • Is flexible with working days across a 3–4 day roster • Is looking for a long-term role and can provide reliable ongoing availability • Has previous reception, administration, hospitality or customer-facing experience Medical experience is welcomed but not essential. We are open to applicants from specialist medical, allied health, premium hospitality, corporate reception or professional office environments. Acceptable experience includes medical reception, allied health, premium hospitality, corporate reception, general hospitality, call centre, or retail customer service backgrounds.
